Likewise, the client who makes a purchase is informed that their personal and shipping data will be transferred to the companies that have to intervene in the management of the purchase, regardless of the country in which said companies may be located, and international data transfers may occur, with the sole purpose of managing the reservation and guaranteeing its execution.

Delivery takes place during normal working hours in each destination country and on working days.
Delivery is made by means of a hydraulic loading and unloading platform in Sweden (max. 7 meters of cargo) and by trailer/container in other countries around the world.
Additional costs may apply if the recipient cannot or is not prepared to unload the material within one hour of the vehicle’s arrival. The same applies if the destination cannot be reached with standard vehicles (low bridges, areas with traffic restrictions, etc.).
Delivery is usually carried out in accordance with Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place) of Incoterms 2010. This means that the goods are delivered to the agreed place of destination without including import declarations, VAT, customs duties or any local taxes. In the case of freight collect, for delivery we offer Incoterm EXW (Ex Works) of Incoterms 2010, which includes loading onto the buyer’s vehicle, but excludes the export declaration. For maritime transport, we apply Incoterms DAP, CFR and CIF of Incoterms 2010.
The application of other Incoterms is possible with the prior approval of the NORDRAC logistics department.
Incoterms DDP and FCA are not accepted.
If applicable, always provide the intermediary information for the country of destination and any other necessary information, for example, import license numbers, etc.
Visible damage must be noted on the transport note (or on the pocket computer if the carrier does not work with transport notes in paper format) supplied by the carrier before signing acceptance of the material.
Hidden damage must be reported within seven calendar days of receipt of the material. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
The claimed damaged material must be kept on the customer’s premises or returned for inspection. Ask your local NORDRAC contact person how to proceed in case of damage.
Record the lack of any packages/packages on the transport note provided by the carrier. Subsequent claims cannot be made if there are no written comments. Lack of materials, delays and damages are subject to NSAB2015 regulations for Scandinavian countries and the CMR Convention for the rest of the world.
Unloading the goods and the risk of damage during unloading are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with our delivery conditions.
Transportation costs beyond our control will be invoiced separately (for example, customs inspections or costs for delays in import authorizations where applicable).
